Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is valid from 1 March 2026 to 31 August 2026 both dates inclusive the Promotion Period.

The Offer is available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stock lasts.

The Offer cannot be applied to orders already submitted.

Unless otherwise specified, this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and offers and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Merchant will not be liable if a Cardholder fails to choose the Eligible Card as the payment method when conducting the Eligible Transaction.

For online purchases, after entering the Eligible Card number, the system will automatically apply the Offer to the applicable Eligible Transaction and display the discount on the transaction page.

The Merchant may reject an Eligible Card if their payment system cannot process it, please contact the Merchant for details.

General Terms and Conditions where applicable 1.

Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion is only applicable to the designated website andor Eligible Centres of the Merchant in Hong Kong.

Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion irrespective of its form including but not limited to gifts, discounts, or cash coupons, are not redeemable for cash, exchangeable or transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion is applicable to regular-priced items only and not applicable to fixed-priced, discounted, promotional, festive and designated items.

The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the products andor services, including without limitation, their quality, the supply, the descriptions of products andor services provided by the Merchant, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the promotion of the Offers or in making available the Offers or the products andor services under the Promotion, by the Merchant, its employees, officers andor agents.

Personal data of Cardholders may be collected by the Merchant and the use of such personal data shall be subject to the personal information collection statement of the Merchant.

The Eligible Card is not involved in any part of the collection process nor usage of such data, please contact the Merchant for related details.

The Eligible Card and the Merchant reserve the right to alter, extend, or terminate the Promotion and amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank and the Merchant shall be final and binding.

In case of any disputes, Cardholders are required to present the relevant original transaction documents, sales receipts and credit card sales slips if applicable for further investigation by the Bank.

12.

If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Visa Terms & Conditions:

No warranties are made by Visa that the information is correct.

Please check directly with the Merchant to confirm availability and validity of this Offer.

For the avoidance of doubt, while Visa has facilitated this Offer for the benefit of Visa cardholders, the Merchant is the sole provider of all goods andor services under this offer.

Accordingly, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by himher of any goods andor services under this Offer shall constitute a contract solely between the Merchant and himher, and Visa is not, nor will become, a party thereto.

By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods and services under this Offer, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of any goods andor services under this Offer each a Claim shall be settled by the Visa Cardholder directly with the Merchant, and Visa Cardholder shall not make any Claim against Visa.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim whether direct or indirect in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of this Offer or goods andor services provided under this Offer.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version if any of these terms and conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
